Cleaning services
Deep Cleaning —
A detailed top-to-bottom cleaning designed to remove buildup and bring the home back to a clean, maintainable baseline. This includes the areas and tasks not normally covered during routine service.
Routine Cleaning —
Ongoing maintenance cleaning for the regularly used areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and general tidying. Weekly service receives our lowest routine rate because less buildup develops between visits
Routine cleanings can add additional Services:
• Refrigerators • Ovens • Light fixtures • Ceiling fans
• Interior windows • Wall and window trim
Routine+ Cleaning —
A complete routine cleaning at every visit, plus rotating deep-cleaning tasks. The full deep-cleaning checklist is divided across a continuous five-visit rotation, helping keep the entire home clean from top to bottom without scheduling a separate deep cleaning each time.
Visit 1: Beneath movable countertop appliances in the kitchen
Visit 2: Inside the refrigerator and accessible ceiling fans
Visit 3: Inside the oven and accessible light fixtures
Visit 4: Interior window glass and sills
Visit 5: Window trim and baseboards/wall trim
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning + Locksmith —
A comprehensive cleaning for empty or nearly empty homes, including the detailed areas needed to prepare the property for its next occupants. Locksmith services to rekey locks or install new locks are included at no additional charge*. (*Hardware not included)
New Construction Cleaning —
Two-cleaner team with a four-hour minimum per cleaner
Detailed post-construction cleaning focused on removing fine dust, residue, labels, smudges, and other debris left behind after building or remodeling, leaving the property ready for occupancy or final presentation.
Cleaning + Comfort —
Supportive in-home service that combines household cleaning with friendly conversation, connection, and light everyday assistance. Cooking or simple meal preparation is also be offered when the customer provides the ingredients and necessary supplies. This is a non-medical service designed to make the home feel lighter, cleaner, and less lonely.
Locksmithing Services
We provide residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services.
Lockouts, diagnosing problematic locks, rekeys, key duplication, lock installation, and more!
Service time and total cost may vary based on travel distance, the type of lock, and the complexity of the job. Billing begins when our locksmith goes enroute from our base in Olathe and continues through completion of the service.
We do not offer automotive rekeying at this time.
Seasonal Property Care
Reliable seasonal and exterior property care to help keep your home or property safe, functional, and ready for changing weather.
Swamp Cooler Spring Setup —
Seasonal startup service to prepare your swamp cooler for warmer weather, including opening the unit, reconnecting necessary components, checking its general condition, and confirming proper operation.
Swamp Cooler Winterization —
End-of-season service to help protect your swamp cooler from freezing temperatures, including shutting down the system, disconnecting or draining applicable components, and preparing the unit for winter.
Lawn Debris Cleanup —
Cleanup and removal of leaves, branches, weeds, and other accumulated lawn or yard debris. This service is ideal for seasonal cleanup, neglected areas, storm debris, and general outdoor property maintenance.
Snow Removal —
Snow removal for driveways, walkways, entrances, and other agreed-upon areas. The minimum service charge is based on two workers for one hour.
Optional Automatic Snow-Removal Dispatch
Customers may authorize automatic dispatch by selecting a snow-accumulation threshold. Once the estimated snow accumulation at the service location reaches the selected amount, we will automatically send a crew without requiring the customer to call.
If snow continues after the property has been serviced, another crew may be dispatched approximately four hours later if the selected accumulation threshold has been reached again. Each visit is billed separately at the standard snow-removal rate and is subject to the applicable service minimum.
