With a natural talent for figuring out how things work—and how to fix them—he brings technical skill, practical experience, and business leadership to the team. As Operations Manager and a licensed locksmith, Brad oversees field operations and tackles challenges with creativity, persistence, and usually a little humor. He believes a job worth doing is worth doing right.

Wendy is the organizational force behind Winch & Willow. With a background in customer service, management, technology, and problem solving, she manages the systems and details that keep everything running smoothly. She has a particular talent for finding better, simpler ways to get things done and believes customers deserve clear communication, reliability, and genuine care. If there’s a spreadsheet, system, or process involved, Wendy is probably happily tinkering with it.
